Kimo Kim was born in Seoul, Korea and later moved to New York City to study Photography, Video and Related Media at School of Visual Arts to further her education from an undergraduate degree in graphic design in Hongik University.

She is a New York based fashion photographer, videographer and graphic designer.

She has been published in major fashion magazines in both Seoul and New York and New York Fashion Week.
